I received treatment for a few months from James Caulfield. James conducted himself with the upmost of professionalism, care and understanding. I was involved with all decisions and his direction was always for my sole benefit. I also felt that I wasn’t being ‘processed’ and even though I never met him in person, he made me feel comfortable and confident that my ride through my health condition would be supported right through until ‘after’ no more care was needed.
