We were seen by a lovely lady called Claire. She quickly noticed how nervous my daughter was and handled it amazingly. She was very easy to talk to and ask questions. It had taken my daughter over a year to prepare herself for 2 lots of immunisations (3 needles) and failed attempts at school but I’m so glad how simple Claire made it all. Fantastic service and really appreciate being able to give my daughter the space, privacy and support she needed.
The lady made my child feel calm before her jab.
thats how i found the service
I was unsure at first about undertaking therapy as I wasn't a believer in it. I can honestly say my therapist was excellent. Gave good advice and was a great listener. She has really helped me on the road to overcoming my ocd and has given me the tools I need to carry on improving
Very kind, engaging teacher. Only negative is the wait between sessions could be quicker to maximise the child’s learning.
Very understanding and clear,helpfu
Very approachable, all questions answered
Kind
All details were explained to my daughter. I had a moment & the lady was lovely to me too.
We travelled to the lodge in Wickford to have my daughter’s HPV vaccination she is prone to fainting and she was treated so well by nurse Sally.
She handled the vaccine well. And didn’t have any problems and managed to leave with good confidence.
