I have my answer because of how professional Simone Longley was to me over the course of the past few weeks.
At first she sorted out my referral as it was sent to the wrong place and not the correct faculty.
Then she explained everything about the waiting times etc and how me having existing documents of my diagnosis could help speed up the medication treatment side of things.
Suggested improvements
Get Investment in more mental health services so there isn’t such a long waiting period and get nurses/clinicians trained up so they can offer more services.
