I have received great care and the treatment has had a significant impact on my life so far and hopefully will continue to do so.
Suggested improvements
Improve wait times. (Give me the moon on a stick).
Think about ways to accommodate those of us who have hearing impairments who need a face to face service. I think I waited 6-9 months for my therapy and was feeling extremely vulnerable during that time. However I cannot fault the quality of the therapy l/therapist provided- it was worth the wait but ideally would’ve liked it a lot sooner.
