The dr I spoke with was brilliant. She explained everything clearly and went over things.
I felt heard and understood.
The downside to all of this though is that I now have a 4 year minimum wait for support that I’m in desperate need of. But the dr that called me and went through it all did everything she said she would in a very timely manner and was really thorough.
I’m thankful for her help.
Suggested improvements
Improve the time in waiting to be seen.
3 month wait for a phone call and now a 4 year wait for an assessment.
It’s not fair.
