Having had a traumatic birth with my first child, followed by severe PND for 2 years. I was naturally very apprehensive as to the level of care I would receive if I decided to go ahead with a second pregnancy. The one-on-one support I have received including counselling at St Hellier has been phenomenal and I have felt physically & emotionally well throughout my whole pregnancy. I hope this support will continue post birth to ensure I continue to feel this well once the baby is finally here.
