Maddy was extremely supportive and I felt that even at the weekend / out of hours she was there to reassure me.
Smiley face.
My midwife (Helen) was very kind to me and m baby very professional and her advised me as much as she could with my concerns since i'm a new mother. I would recommend Helen to visit new mothers because she is excellent.
Attitude was very good to me and my baby as well. I like the good attitude. I feel perfect. The attention and care was the best. Thank you.
same midwife for all appointments. very reassuring, & positive, very good after care.
Excellent nurses, cleaning and catering all very friendly and caring. Seen by a succession of doctors who were all at pains to understand the problem and explain the solutions.
Only improvement - at night (I am a light sleeper) it was too light and too noisy. Having been in a hospital before I knew of this and brought eye shade
We received excellent care from the homebirth team throughout our pregnancy and birth. Lovely midwifes who give a personal level of care and nothing seemed to much. A chat with the homebirth lead and a visit to a homebirth workshop where we got to speak with parents who chose to have their babies at home helped confirm the best decision we made. We have since gone back to a workshop to share our experience.
