My daughter had an appointment and was listened to and taken seriously which helped her to open up and share information with the therapist . I was then called and spoke with the therapist and was given a very in depth account of the appointment and recommendations were made. I felt the recommendations were very appropriate to my daughter and her situation. I also felt the therapist was very sensitive with the information my daughter and I gave and had obviously listened to what we both said. Overall I am very pleased with the appointment and the information we both received was very useful and interesting and the recommendations are easy to follow and clear.

My son was in pain and staff allowed other people to be seen ahead of us even though we were here first. We were told by 111 that we had a pre-booked appt but this was not the case.

Prioritise children, particularly children with special needs like my son (ADHD). A T.V. in waiting room with kids shows would also help.

The receptionist and the staff is very helpful. The hospital is very clean and tidy

Needs more nurses to look after the waiting time place is too long and need more experience nurse to look after
