Pat was excellent. Was very clear in all the information she provided and was very supportive. She was caring and gave us confidence to seek help if needed. Thankyou
After hearing the baby clinics are closed since lockdown, it would be good if they could reopen.
Eulalee was really informative and gave me all the information required to manage my daughters diet to the best effect. She worked with me over several appointments to tweak her diet for the best outcome
Improve disabled parking
Sue Duroe is best health visitor , I am so happy with my health visitor , she was so kind and give me nice piece of advice ,specially in lockdown when you need someone to be kind to you , she was an treat to me .
I am really happy .
Very happy with the service. The health visitor was so friendly and respectful
Great, keep going.
My son has recently been diagnosed with ASD and the support from the team has been very much needed by myself and my son.
Hannah has been my sons therapist and she has been brilliant.
Hannah is very approachable, and engaging and in such a short period of time we have already seen a difference with my son.
I have also learnt a few tips on how best to try and help my sons speech and communication.
Hannah also manages to keep my son’s attention throughout the sessions Abs that in itself is impressive!
Thank you Hannah!!
I’m very happy with the service that we have received so far.
Health visitor Jackie was so friendly and helpful. Both my children enjoyed meeting her.
Nothing
We are getting a very poor service for my wife. Nurses not turning up when expected. District Office not able to give us a day when coming. When do get a nurse they tell us that they will put my wife down for a visit in 2 or 3 days time but nobody turns up for over a week which means that dressings on her legs stay on longer than is healthy and sores on her bottom go untreated. We are informed that at team meeting it was agreed that she should have 2 visits per week but despite phone calls visits have been over a week apart. All I get is that they do not have the capacity to meet the schedule that they themselves say is required to adequately treat my wife's conditions.
Inform me of when the District Nurse is coming and keep to the agreed visiting schedule
Sue was a true professional. Clearly very experienced, friendly, supportive and interested. She was also extremely knowledgeable and gave advice in a very nice way.
Thank you Sue, we look forward to seeing you next time.
Nothing.
It took four months between assessment and sessions but I know that was partly COVID related. Once we got the sessions the process was very efficient, and we have found them very helpful and can see improvements in his speech already, as well as in his attitude towards trying to say sounds. Still a way to go so we hope the review session will give us a clear way forward
Kept us informed in the waiting period as we heard nothing for four months
Fantastic service, Hannah was very engaged with my daughter. My daughter really enjoyed the sessions and looked forward to them each week.
Hannah suggested sigh of the week at nursery, which all the children enjoy and makes my daughter more engaged. Think its great that sessions where held at nursery as it gave the staff ideas how to understand my daughter more.
Hannah has given us great ideas of how to make learning fun, its much easier now to get my daughter to work on her PECs and colourful semantics which my daughter loves playing with now.
nothing comes to mind
