Because I asked how long I would wait and it was explained to me. The receptionist was kind and courteous.

Possibly more open windows. Many coughs and colds in the room. however a very good experience overall.

Great service, fast and very caring. Good information given to the xhild prior to the vaccination. Care instructions were communicated to us well after the vaccination too.

Very friendly and caring team from the minute we entered till we left.

Chloe completed a visit with our daughter very promptly and the difference in her following visit was significant. Our daughter did not want to share all details of visit but was much happier after visit and said she looks forward to seeing Chloe again. Chloe also offered us support and showed us where to go for further information and gave us some advice of things we can do at home.

Nothing - I hope our daughter can continue to see Chloe.
