Everyone is kind and welcoming here.
It is great to be able to bring my Mum at the weekend as it is easier to park and no traffic.

As we have a blue badge the parking is easy at the weekend but we have queued during the week.

It was quite afar for us to travel from Caterham.
There weren’t any baby changing facilities.

The team was really nice , professional and supportive with us and baby. Explaining everything in detail, very passionate and knowledgeable about the procedure for our baby tongue tie. We are so please having professionals like them.

Nothing, everything was superb. Also they give us advice if we need extra support after the surgery.

Lara and in our last session Lorena have been really helpful at supporting Ellie with her speech. She has made great progress and I have felt reassured. The sessions have been fun e.g. playing games, which my daughter has engaged well with and has given me more ideas of how to practice making sounds at home. Also great to have support with nursery. Lara has always been very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you so much
