because we were waiting for an hour and we still never got called in even though there was no patients in the doctors room

less waiting time especially with people and families add some machines for food and snacks as wait is so long

The service provided was generally excellent.

On arriving at the centre on Tuesday 14/5 at 11am I have two leg dressings replaced and having been driven from West Byfleet I was informed that there were no staff available due to sickness and to come back in 2 hours. My driver had to bring me home and come back with me later. I know staff sickness cannot be avoided but there should be adequate cover!!

every member of staff were amazing receptionist ( curly hair ) / x ray lady / sheila who did the cast and Anne were so professional - a credit to the NHS

poor staff were so busy only 2 people working today with 50 + in waiting room Jenny was incredibel very reassuring professional caring and experienced ,my daughter was so looked after
