I’m writing to convey my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support provided by Zoe, the children’s nurse from the Community Team, during our journey as new parents to a child with complex medical needs. All very good from seeing the GP to getting a phone call asking me to come in for x ray the next day. This is the NHS working well.
