On behalf of my mother who is 101, I have been very impressed with the service received by the Continence Team, Since the first delivery, I have been able to change the order, with very helpful advice from the team. This has included a phone call from the Continence nurse recently and very good advice given then. Since December 2021, when we started using this service, we have had prompt and efficient response to our queries and the deliveries also have been very efficient with excellent information given always. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
I don't feel as though there is anything that could be better with this service. Though, beyond your control I am sure, is the fact that we need the higher absorbency Tena Pro Slips. I have been informed that NHS do not supply these. They are the MAXI ones, we do receive the SUPER ones. I will purchase the MAXIs for overnight only, to see if they are worth buying though. Thank you I will answer the questions below as though I am my mother.
