I requested an appointment with a falls clinic around beginning of December and GP said he would do. The communication has not been great but from reading bits on my nhs app I think it’s something like - there isn’t a falls clinic in Surrey any more. The occupational therapist from comm. rehab. came out really quickly and provided two useful pieces of equipment and these arrived really quickly. She said would I like to be referred to physio in the team and I said yes please. This was a few months ago. The first I heard was an invite to a course and I got the details on the Tuesday afternoon and it started on the Thursday. So I went and the course and the physio were great. On the nhs app there was a communication to my gp from Ashford something like I was rejected as I had a consultant, a pd nurse and I did lots of activities myself they couldn’t add anything. . Meanwhile I continue to fall.

Suggested improvements
I think it would have been better if I’d seen a physio before being invited on a course. I have Parkinson’s - not sure what I was meant to tick below.
