Lucy was absolutely fantastic with our son Alex (6) who is a new amputee following removal of a cancerous tumour in his foot.
She really connected with him and came to our home for home visits which was essential really as Alex was still undergoing chemotherapy and we really didn’t want to venture out of the home.
She helped his rehab and was really fun and engaging.
Suggested improvements
The wheelchair service was quite delayed.
