The wait times are totally unacceptable told 2 hour wait buthe waiitng room was filling up but nobody being see. the 2 hour wait time grew from initial communication expectations not met
Suggested improvements
Thw hole system is flawed - having a walk in centre is appreciated by the GP, services have gotten worse as a result leading to more people using this service - specifically hre : why are some patients seen before those waiting longer ?
