"* The video about hope, with the various thought-provoking and realistic ways of describing it. * The three tutors were brilliant too, with a good balance of light-heartedness to balance out the emotionally difficult content. * To be honest, I signed up for the course due to the title because my life often doesn't seem worth living. I didn't know what to expect but I have a little more hope (and connection)"

"* Applies to all RWA courses (completing before seeing handout for this course): I would prefer that the handouts had a little more detail from the sessions. * The final quote felt a bit at odds with the rest of the course, or perhaps I misunderstood what it means? ""You are not an improved version of your old self. You are something altogether new..."" Doesn't that imply that our old/current self is broken beyond repair and not fit for purpose if we need something totally new? Shouldn't we be gradually improving/growing our old self in small steps rather than trying to totally reinvent ourselves, and learning to allow the difficult parts of our past to sit with us, accepting our weaknesses, and celebrating/grateful for the positives that may have been there but we couldn't see at the time - rather than discarding it all and trying to be something totally different? Also I absolutely do not feel ""profoundly beautiful"" nor ""abundantly equipped""! Otherwise a really nice course :) Thanks"
