Everyone was very nice and calming I never felt scared I was always kept an eye on and was talked through everything so I understood.
I can't fault anything and don't see any improvement needed as my care was fantastic.

Clare did a fantastic job at creating a sare environment and put us at ease throughout our contact. The service provided was personalized and highly professional. We felt looked after above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you. The only area of improvement would be on the confusing and unclear avenues we had to navigate to get tongue tie division.
