Staff excellent, informative, helpful - explained all. Waiting time v.long (2.5 hr) - also I arrived before clinic door opened and was the last person who could be seen. Anyone arriving more than 10 - 15 min after doors open turned away.

Nothing can be improved from my view. The lady was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions respectively. I would lie to have her again when I come in two weeks.
