The care I received was amazing!!The team at Upminster + Cranham were supportive throughout and were always at hand to help or give advice . Being pregnant during a pandemic, it was much needed. Special mention to Lisa who always put me in touch with a midwife and helped me breastfeed. My midwife, Lauren Davies was incredible. She reassured me and gave me the best care. She made me feel safe throughout and she looked after me when I needed it the most. I will be eternally thankful for her care.

Everything about my care was great from start to end. The staff were amazing and kept me calm throughout. Annie, my midwife, Ernesto and Abbey student midwife were fantastic. I can't thank them enough. all staff in Labour ward were great.

I had a great experience using the birth centre and felt supported by my midwife team. I didn't get to use the birthing pool as planned but was encouraged into other positions to birth my baby. The room was large and welcoming and had everything I needed.

I had a fabulous midwife who had my best interests at heart and stayed with me throughout my induced labour and eventual c-section. She guided me throughout my induction, was professional yet personable and friendly (Annie McClaughlin).
