All staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Maybe greater attention to confidentiality. Confirming home address while others in tbe waiting room can hear isn't favoured by everyone. But it was done the best it coukd be under the circumstances.

My experiences are largely positive. A special recognition to sonny Wong who is always so courteous, professional and kind to me. I truly appreciate the service at barking outpatients.

Improve wait times but I understand this is a staffing issue also

Barking Community Hospital from MY experience is up at the top of the list as far as NHS hospitals is concerned. All the Doctors & Nursing staff are faultless in treatments and care from which ever department I have visited. Top marks.

I have absolutely no complaints.

Everyone who works there is genuinely so lovely and understanding. They know exactly how to care for you and go to great lengths to treat you well and efficiently. Always super quick and never judgemental.
