The experience I had was fine, they were nice and were thorough with my tests.
My problem, is that they lost my blood test, apparently no label was put on the tubes and as a result they are lost. I think this is absolutely disgusting, sexual health is something that is very worrying and concerning as it is, I’ve already waited 2+ weeks for a result and little did I know there’s no result because of a fault of their own.
How it’s possible to not label the tubes is beyond me, I think it’s horrific and this is all so mentally distressing as it is let alone having to do the tests again and wait even longer, this is not on, and over something so simple.
I apologise for the problem you experienced and that you had to have your tests repeated, causing you distress. As a service we do take sample handling very seriously, and understand that any delay in getting results causes anxiety. The staff were lovely and patient in what was a very frantic time during the monkeypox outbreak over the summer.

After booking an outpatients appointment, and clearly explaining what for, I was informed to

Sonny and Fadelah were so kind and really helpful during a stressful matter. They really helped me out last minute and made me at ease. Communication was great and it was nice to actually feel like they wanted to help than a burden! Thank you again so much you guys make a great team
