I have not appreciated the level of care I have received at Brentwood community hospital. I have seen different midwives during my visits and have found the staff to be quite cold. I had an issue that was only picked up later in pregnancy and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to by the midwife before having to go on to Queens for investigation.
Suggested improvements
The staff could be more kind. The way I have been spoken to has been quite upsetting at times and has made me regret having to come here throughout my pregnancy.
