It was good communication and and the staff were calm and explains things well.

If going in for a contraception such as the implant or any iud, the staff should do an over the phone assessment rather than going to the clinic and then being given another appointment to come back. I think there should be a over the phone assessment before the appointment to avoid any disappointment and having to to make few trips back and forth
