Good - Fast, efficient, able to get appointments and is convenient.
Could be Improved-
More privacy is needed. When I came for 1st apt for emergency contraception, reception discussed this in a busy waiting room. Doctor was very harsh and judgemental I felt. Today's apt = Doors was left open whilst I was being examined (vaginal examination), last apt, I had to walk through waiting room to do a urine test with the nurse. This left me feeling exposed, vulnerable, embarrassed and judged. Another thing to be improved is doctor needs to give explanations on what they are doing and need to give more choice to patients.
