Had not been to this Hospital before 16/02 @ 15:00 was thinking it might be disjointed in care. When I went to the Appointment desk the lady was delightful, smiled and very helpful… brilliant! If I waited 2 minutes for my appointment to start I’d be telling fibs. The optical technician was great in explaining the set up at the virtual optical clinic, and the treatment was concise, explained and courteous. All in all Upney Community Hospital gets a massive “Thank You All”

Suggested improvements
The car parking IPad wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to confirm if I was safely parked without incurring parking fines.
