The staff is really friendly and extremely helpful. However, the system needs to be changed! At the movement we are unable to book appointment for repeat contraception service (which only take 5 minutes!). We sometimes cannot be seen or made to wait 3 hours - it is completely ridiculous! Would more everybody's life easier to all our bookings!
