I want to start with saying that is one amazing person /midwife working there and I’ve seen her 3 times until now , her name is IRENE. She is stunning she is great she is soooo kind. Is my first pregnancy and to be honest I did not know will be more then one midwife seeing me, On my maternity records was written a name of a midwife, which I never seen, because of health issue , and I tough all the way of pregnancy will be one person to follow me , even when I give birth. In all this time of going to see the midwife, I’ve meet many workers, all of them very kind and they treat me good but I can say I have a favourite one. She is IRENE , she is the best and I really want her to see this message, she is very kind and she helps you a lot , she is open and you can talk what you need with her. I really appreciate her and I really appreciate all the midwife because I know is not an easy job but Irene loves what she is doing and you can see from the first minute you talk with her. Thank you Irene , I hope I can see you again , I’m 36 weeks now and I have my next appointment on 10 of may and I really hope I see her again and again. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
I don’t think is something which they can do better, they already do the maximum I think. I know is shortage of staff and maybe is not easy for them. They are very kind and the midwives always smile. The o my people which I’ve seen more sad or tired were the receptionist, they don’t say Hello or bye when you come or go , they don’t give you a smile or a good word.
