Everyone was very kind & patient & helpful. I arrived in a very incapable condition & in need of some TLC which I received & my condition improved gradually with my care. Eventually, towards the end of my stay, I made a sudden improvement & will leave with a good chance of a better than expected result. Thank you for all your care & help.

I would not recommend the food to anyone, because it all taste the same, quite bland, not very good at all. I cannot praise the staff enough. They have treated me with respect and dignity.

Reasonably well run. It's fairly noisy. It's a much needed facility. Need more staff. It would be better if I could have more contact with the doctor and the matron.

It takes too long for staff to answer the call bell.Food was poor except for breakfast. There was a lack of fruit and fresh vegetables. Not enough food at supper time. Two sandwiches was not enough. Monika,Sunita,Eve, Tom and Arlen were excellent. They were helpful and friendly. My room was always untidy, and the wash basin was dirty. Sometimes I was being got up so late it was only half hour until lunch.

The staff are stressed at times, but we're always kind and good to me. Most of the time it was a pleasure. My physiotherapist was very good and helpful.

Cheer fullness of staff. Bottle cupboard nearer end of Meriz ward to some staff going to fetch supplies and getting caught for more urgent duties.
