Day staff

Would be nicer if staff could spend a day out a patient or have more day room activities.

The staff are mostly very happy and kind.

Some of the night staff, especially HCA’s should be more helpful.

Carers should provide more attention and empathy. I have never been having a chat with the night staff. There is a big difference between the day and the night staff. They really need more supervision. I have never been offered commode at night even though is brought to my room.
