1) We were very great full to be allowed to visit during the lunch times. 2) Anything were were concerned about was notified immediately and rectificed ASAP. 3) On one occasion we were surprised to find her without her teeth in the dinning room, as one feels embarrassed (and she could not eat). 4) Ambulance transport after X-ray took a very long time - 6 hours.

Extremely helpful, friendly staff both clinical and non clinal. In terms of food, although the menus was impressive, often it was cut down to very little choice, perhaps because I was at the end of line. Breakfast very difficult and often cold. Difficult to eat in bed.
