I have had a few issues with breastfeeding and thought that my daughter had a tongue tie. I really thought I was going to have to fight to get someone to listen to me, but that wasn’t the case at all. The HV was fantastic, she listened and has handled the referral for me. She was so knowledgeable about everything and made me feel good about how I’d been caring for my daughter. I’m sure all of the HV’s are great, but I felt very lucky to see her and like she was exactly what I needed. I even felt a bit emotional completing this feedback because I’ve had a fight to be heard in other areas of the NHS recently. She even carried my bag for me. Big thank you!

Because I could not find any faults. I have improved my walking with the help of this service. I found the exercises good and therapy was excellent. Therapy assistants were professional and supportive and made me do my exercises, otherwise i would not have put enough effort in.

I feel when the last visit happens that I am forgotten. It would be beneficial if someone could drop in once a week to ensure I am doing my exercises and I am continuing to advance with my mobility, as my aneurism and long back surgery have caused me to have many limitations. We did notice that some therapists could have been more encouraging and not just do a quick run through the exercises. While some of the other therapists pushed me and encouraged which was better. I would like the service to be longer as I am making improvements.
