Different change of Doctors given you different answers to your queries. 2nd. You bring your medication which is prescribed by your own GP, then the Dr's change to something different.3rd. I Wish to say great many thanks to [name removed] & [name removed], with [name removed] & [name removed] for there outstanding care in the treatment of doing Blood Pressure/Blood Tests. 4th.Please give your Trolley Ladies training how to make an excellent cup of Tea. Mine was always cool.

It upset me greatly, the slanging matches between Patient/Nurses, one doesn't expect that in a Ward. 5th. Please when 8am no need to have hospital ward lights, save Electricity,only need lights on where it is needed. If this was done in all the hospitals across the UK, we would save a lot of Electricity Point taken.

Was nice to speak to someone

Not sure if Police or nhs but I asked to see the nurse when I was on the phone to the nhs L&D lady at the Police station but no one came to see me after our call. It would have been better if the lady I spoke to let me know that she had requested this.

Very thorough by the nurse and Dr we’re both very compassionate and understanding, and have given me further treatment and tests that my own gp surgery didn’t, also [name removed] was a superstar.

I was visited in my home by the COPD respiratory community nurse [name removed] and treated with respect with a friendly professional attitude.

After phoning for help to change my address on the hoof prescription the lady said to leave it with her and she would see what she could do and unbelievably the oxygen I need for my cluster headaches arrived from Dolby Vivisol the next morning. I am so grateful and thankful. ALAN WEEKS
