[name removed] empathised as she listened to my challenges.

Although my online meeting with [name removed] was helpful, internet reception was flaky at best and we lost connection altogether before the end of the meeting, so I had to send a follow-up email with the bits she missed. Can something be done to improve the network in that room? It's a waste of time if you spend most of the session asking "can you hear me?" or repeating what you said. It can be very frustrating and 2 years after lockdown, when virtual working is the norm, I'm not sure why this is still an issue. Thanks [name removed]

Information clear and the dietitian was very attentive - a real star. The service has resulted in some very positive results for my elderly mother. Indeed, she is physically much better thanks to the dietary advice given, both over the phone and by email.
