No complaints with service but a number of occasions were not able to understand what the nurse was explaining due to their language and wearing mask. Disappointed with incontinent permer pads assessment . Have been waiting since 9th November for a result or indication when issue will be made. It appears initial assessment form mislaid

Would like same people to attend which would prevent having to explain each visit a new nurse attends.

I would expect at a health visiting centre to at least have a back up supply of wipes and nappies. As new parents you do forget things! I felt very be littled and looked upon when I looked in my bag to have no wipes left and had to use there hard paper roll (only when I asked). The health visitor was more interested in my job than my baby. I couldn't even put my nappy in their bin I had to take it away with me. Little things go along way. Make it more baby friendly please!

I received great care for the first time since my GP retired in 2016. It was so good to have a nurse who cared and communicated!

I cannot think of any significant improvement, just well done on a great service.

The op courage veterans service this service is the most disappointing healthcare service by a substantial margin I have ever experienced

Be local to area I live south east Hampshire your staff are based in Berkshire or Avon & Wiltshire Don't use Lake Road in Portsmouth See patients face to face Clarity on plans Stop phoning out of the blue unannounced Use a phone number that shows a know number not a number withheld which make s suspicioys unwell people more suspicious and unwell. I hate to say it but have clinical staff demonstare some compassion rather than a business like approach Acknowledge requests and act on them to be returned to original doctor who referred me to veterans service Close down op courage review and use the funding more locally to local services that actually see patients
