I had a good experience with the first session (assessment). However, after that, I was left alone to do computerised CBT. It wasn't what I needed at the time as I was feeling depressed and isolated.
Suggested improvements
You could've given less time between the sessions (weekly or bi-weekly). Also, my second session was cancelled and I was asked to rebook it a long time later. The way to rebook it was to choose all of the dates and times I am available for from a long list. I felt like I didn't get the help I needed at the right time.
