First two sessions I lost contact .
Questions left unanswered . Was offered contact by phone later in week. This was not forthcoming

Grateful for sympathetic attitude to anxiety over husband
Suggested improvements
Other members’ faces not always visible so difficult to form a link.
Did not feel that movement therapy was appropriate in these sessions.
Helping each other with suggestions is however something that other classes cannot do .
