I spent about a month in the West Berkshire rehabilitation hospital where I was well treated by all the staff. Their care and attention to all my needs with kindness and respect could not be bettered.

Dr [name removed], and Nurse [name removed], went above and beyond! I was very scared, nervous as to what my issue was, and Dr [name removed] put me at ease. Even managed to crack a joke or 2! Great caring and considerate manner. Listened to my concerns and helped me understand problems at hand! A heartfelt thank you to both of you

Expert professionals who were able to advise and support. Clearly overloaded but gave as much time as possible and explained a lot of things I wish I had been told before. Very grateful to have been referred.

Phone consultations efficient but not ideal compared to the initial face that face. As an active individual I was able to understand the exercises I was being asked to do but not easy to process physio over the phone.

Very fast turn around waited 5 mins for triage, bloods taken within 30 minutes and results in 1 hour, blood count up, discharged. Total time in RBH less than 2 hours... great.
