I did feel I was listened to ,though I’m not sure what was offered in the way of support I would be able to do. I was asked if I would like to go somewhere in the town for a coffee which I would love to do but my mobility is not good and when I’m out I feel as though I’m going to fall and it would ruin the support time at the cafe. Everything else was fine when I had support.

I’m not sure there was anymore said or done been any better perhaps it’s because it was my first support and getting to know the person so I can’t really comment at this time.
