I found the weight course interesting and informative. It was good to have things broken down in to sections week by week. [name removed] was always positive and supportive. However it is a lot of information to take in all at once and a lot of trial and error to find the weight loss ideals for your body type.

Suggested improvements
I think it would be good if everyone was offered a 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 session at the end of the programme to discuss the challenges they are facing and how to continue their journey. As weight is a touchy subject and a lot of us have huge shame around our weight, it is hard to be totally open in a group setting. A single session to consolidate where you aren't in a group setting could make a big difference to people I suspect.
