It takes me a while to trust anyone new to me , and [name removed] put me straight at ease and we can laugh together.

Suggested improvements
The session didn’t go quite to plan as the link between us failed and we couldn’t hear and ended with us using our phones to speak and screen to see . This seems to be quite an occurrence with the link from Teams . When I tried to rejoin it told me my details were incorrect! I had to wait for [name removed] to reconnect us .
