[name removed]’s level of care over the last 6 weeks has been so professional showing great kindness, care and compassion together with very helpful links and advice.

[name removed] couldn’t have done any better, he comes across as passionate in helping people. There could be improvement from my perspective from the NHS in providing for example a long Covid members group say once a month online so that people stay connected and supported going through this awful illness which is very isolating. Perhaps reiterating mindfulness, acceptance and general emotional support.
