I've been trying since 29/05/23 to get a response from the waterfield practice, I tried Successfully to get a security pass,I needed some help and information sent to the home office, SIA.to date this simply hasn't happened. Its over 4 months, at this very moment, I've contacted the practice with no confidence it will be resolved. I totally respect the nhs,but can't understand why I'm being ignored.
