pt survey taken from patient - she thinks Dn service is just amazing, all the HCPs are very personal, informal, always happy, delightful. Pt used to be a nurse many years ago and is very impressed with our team.
Suggested improvements
No except that DNs need more money. Its disgraceful that government do not give them more money.
