Information is very medically complicated. It can be difficult to follow during the session and a bit too much to take in. My span of attention declines after around 30-40 minutes and the more complex the course gets, the more my mind wanders.
Suggested improvements
Shorter session (1/1.5 hrs max). Less complicated, detailed medical information and a much simplified way of helping motivate towards losing weight, cutting down carbs and portion sizes. At present I am so awash with information it is making me reach for the biscuit tin.
