Initial triage in A & E was very good and the contact with the Psych team in A & E was also very good - given plenty of time, treated with compassion and good understanding.
Suggested improvements
The night team did not prescribe the medication I was expecting which caused me upset and led to a delayed discharge the next day. The wait for medication at discharge was very long.
