I was not impressed with the service. The location was not communicated effectively which resulted in extra stress and money being spent on transport. I was also unimpressed with response when I conveyed this point to the staff : “yes, this happens to lots of people…..” I did not think the consultation was of the standard of a private appointment.

My follow up appointment was very well organised and I had a similar experience to an in- person appointment . I was listened to with a very good treatment plan. The Consultant was very friendly and welcoming.

From receptionist, to nurse, to consultant all were extremely helpful, informative, well presented and courteous. Facilities and cleanliness of the hospital was exceptional
