There are too many people involved in arriving. Having to complete all the forms before arrival is a waste of time if you are then forced to read av3 page legal document on arrival and sign it. What’s the point of checking in at reception if you know where you are going and have paid, why not do the final checkin at the department reception. At least you know you are in the right place if your consultant calls you
