All staff from doorman, security, check-in were polite, caring and helpful, everything I practise but which is not practiced by all of London’s Clinics or Hospitals. My son and I were pleasantly surprised by the good, kind nature of ALL the staff, regardless of importance, and found to date the Cleveland has beaten, hands down, the London Clinic, London Bridge, Princess Grace etc in all aspects of receiving out-patients. Well done! Please pass on my comments to the head of Cleveland.
